Default First year 400m time prediction

Hi there,
I've been training for 400m since September 2010.
For a 23-yo man, is it possible to run that event in less than 60 secs in the first year?

yes man that is easily possible as a freshman i went 58 my very first time thats not great lol but ur body is easily more mature than mine was when i was 15 and that was with little training you will probably be well under 60
