new female sprinter era

hi,I wonder how new generation female sprinter show poor performance to compare 80's,90's and early 2k.I still love to see tight race between 3 sprinters are ottey,torrence and privalova,3 of them always in sub 11s and sub 22.2 every races.I hope new athletes can beat their times.

Now that would be a shown down to enjoy.

My money would be on Ottey, just feel she is the best sprinter inthe end of those three, but that is my opinion :)

I havent been to glued up on the women runners as I should have been, but I would think that we sooner or later will get the new generation coming up.

Sometimes it seems like that after an era with several very good athletes it takes some time until the new ones come up. It might be that I am in a short term and narrow memory here though....
