Im looking to make a program for myself to do 5-6 days out of the week so i can get in good condition for indoors. Im plannin on runnin the 600,300 55h 4x400 and also doing the triple. Can anybody give me a sample that i can work off of. I really need to improve my Stride frequency and my Acceleration phase.
