Track and field is all about kinesthetic ability, the ability to know how and where your body is and its movement. Its the same type of learning that allows all athletes to learn a movement or technique so they can perform better. How can we increase this ability?

I've taken gymnastics, tai chi, yoga and pilates to help with movement and spacial recognition. The tumbling really helped with alot of things over the years (I fall pretty gracefully supposedly).

Hmm, I did kick boxing for awhile before I got too busy. Maybe I'll have to look around for something martial arts or yoga based. I get so busy and tired I keep starting stuff and then not keeping it up.
