Simple question: Is it worth taking monohydrate creatine for the longer distance sprinter (200, 400)? thanks.

Just buy some protein and glutamine and your set

I train people in football, basketball and sprinting. I have had much success with them. But they seem to work better with endurance in my exprience with them.
Also I have found a much cheaper substitute in using baking soda. In football and basketball I have players put it in their water or sports dirnk. It seems they get less fatigued because the creatine reduces the lactic acid build up which causes fatigue.
hope this helps you out.
