wht would u guys do if u knew tht everyone around u tht u race are using illegal performance drugs and u hate losing to them. but u cant really tell anyone.

Anonymous tips are almost always accepted by officials and other authorities. Start with coaches, then athletic associations and the police or other authorities. Many have toll free anonymous tip lines.

There is a whistle blowers hotline, that you can call anonymously and they will investigate. I hope that you get this sorted out mate.
