The weather is all over the place here right now, one day it's almost freezing, the next almost 90 and then the next it's torrential rain with tornado watches and thunder.

If we stopped training every time there was bad or difficult weather we would never train. So this week there has been lots of running, soggy wet. It actually felt quite refreshing, cooling and comfortable somehow.

Do you call off training, without fall for bad weather? Unless it's too cold or a thunder storm we pretty much always do at least the basics-anything that's safe.

We normally do whatever we can as well. If its raining we sometimes get stuck doing laps inside the gym instead of out on the track or maybe a weight session instead of other exercises. Its usually thought its better to do something than nothing.

Same here-running laps in drizzle is nothing new, because let's face it we get a lot of rain in the UK. We certainly wouldn't do some of the jumps or more dangerous stuff, but enough to not let us lose the edge.
