I just started running track two years ago, I run for a great college prgram. I started running the 100 and 200. KNow I am focusing on the 200 and 400. I run a 22.2 in the 200. and a 51.1 in the 400. Do your have any tipps on switching to the 400? Also on becoming a stronger runner in the 200?

I'm not sure how diet is going to help you transition from 100/200 to 200/400. The obvious answer for training is that you need to work on running longer distances to help your endurance as well as the sprinting you've brought from the shorter distances. I also don't see why you needed to make two identical topics. Perhaps a mod will merge them...

The 400 is quite separate from the 200. As far as the 200m is concerned, you might find -http://www.athletesacceleration.com/200metertraining.html- interesting.
I wish I could answer about the 400m, but I don't know enough to answer confidently.
