Its rather hard to sprint completely through hurdles as you need some sort of recovery after coming down the other side. You can sprint between and after, but there's always that bit thats going to recovery of balance and pace. How are you running it now, and what are your times, etc?

well a tried two strategies once i came out hard and jus tried to run at about 85 to 90% and then jus see what i had left at the end that time was 42.65 PR and then i tried to jus stride until the top of the curve and then go all out resulting in 44.25 and also 43.00 but my coach jus recently helped me with my form over the hurdles because i was too high over them so idk

Once you get down your form over the hurdles you'll be able to look at the strategies again based on timing. It sounds like full out works beter based on the original times, but it could change based on your new form.

Yeah, looking at the way you land would be another thing. If you are landing badly then your recovery time will be longer.
But otherwise, as far as sprinting or not you really need to be putting in as much as you can.

Once you get your form over the hurdle as well as your take off and landing technique perfected you will be able to better evaluate what type of movement between hurdles works best. Runing full out sounds like it works best for you though.
