What do you think i can PR this year ?

Last year my pr in the 100 was 11.3 .. We had a Track meet on the 25th of March 2008 and I ran a 10.9 . It was 50 degrees and i stumbled out of the blocks.. What do you think i can pr in the 200 and 100 this year

Not sure what is your question? Is your question asking us to predict what kinda time you can get- hard to tell with no info on progress or training methods. Stumbling only costs about 0.05 seconds

Since you only ''stumbled''- won't cost you much- your PR in 100m will probably be like 10.85 or something like that and in 200m- around 22.8?

yea thansk thats what i was aiming for in the 100 .. i wanna try to run a 22.6 in the 200 though
