I got a coupon the other day for Blister Block from Band-aid. I've never heard of such a thing or know anyone uses it. Does such a product actually work?

It's just vegetable oil! If you want something like that then try castor oil-that's what we always used, mixed in with a little zinc oxide. I would guess that it just lubricates to stop blisters.
If you really have blister problems try mole skin-available in two thicknesses, or even the really wide (an inch or so) zinc oxide tape. Applied properly either will prevent blisters.

I don't normally get blisters, but it sound intreguing to keep in my kit for meets. You never know when you might get one that could really effect your performance and keep you from placing.
I've never heard of using vegetable or castor oil with zinc oxide. Sounds interesting.
