I use Mizuno Tokyo, like at the pic, but with laces. And, man, I love these spikes.

i have both these spikes and i must say that it depends on which distance you'll run. For 60 and 100 m i like the Superfly better, feels more aggressive. For 200 the Monsterfly is perfect. The heel cushion realy helps you keep you stride which in the end reduces your time.

Go with the superflys, the Monster cats are not really very good at all. Everyone thinks that cause they put the nike shox thing in the heel, you'll amazingly run 43.7 seconds faster, but it seems to me that it will force the persons heel down, thus slowing them down, and plus, they look retarded. You can never go wrong with the superflys
